Built with IMAGE PROTECT monitoring, RESPOND gives your infrastructure direct access to our experienced support team who respond within calendar days to remedy problems requiring repair or equipment exchange. Many problems are addressed early through detailed system insights, reducing the risk of failure and minimizing disruptions.

Troubleshooting, inventory tracking, and warranty management are handled by our support team, allowing for your staff to stay focused on higher priority work.

With scheduled service, including biannual cleanings, monthly system checkups, and access to temporary replacement equipment, MAINTAIN helps minimize downtime and maintain consistent coverage. When issues arise, equipment is quickly exchanged, tested, and processed for repair or replacement to avoid long delays tied to manufacturer cycles.

Designed for organizations that want control with reliable support, MAINTAIN delivers efficient system management, improved uptime, and predictable monthly service across your entire video infrastructure.

MAINTAIN is billed on a monthly per unit basis.

GRIDASSURE MAINTAIN
Tier 2
GRIDASSURE SERVER ONSITE delivers dedicated support for servers and storage to keep your security infrastructure running without interruption. With next business day service and direct coordination with factory representatives, issues are resolved quickly without long warranty delays.

Every system or storage is backed by a 5 year next business day warranty period, ensuring continued protection and support. If If a server or storage device cannot be restored within 24 hours, backup equipment is deployed to maintain operations while repairs are completed.
​
For existing systems that do not have an existing 5 year warranty, SurveillanceGRID offers a one time upgrade and server replacement plan that will be included as part of the year one support.
​
Designed for organizations that require dependable performance, SERVER ONSITE strengthens availability and ensures your critical systems remain operational with responsive, scalable support.

This service plan can be combined with GRIDASSURE RESPOND and GRIDASSURE MAINTAIN.
